We always strive to stick to the estimated time, but if we need additional time to meet our standards, we’ll contact you first to discuss options — either adding more time or prioritizing certain areas.
We stand by our service. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, let us know and we’ll gladly return to re-clean any missed or unsatisfactory areas.
As long as we have secure access (door code, garage code, or a key), you don’t need to be home during the cleaning. Many of our clients prefer it this way!
